Here are some mid-budget, slightly less mainstream games that pack a punch.

It's really nice to see My Time at Sandrock on this list. My Time at Portia was also a pretty great game but they seriously improved when it came to Sandrock.
Isn't "My Time at Sandrock" a sequel to "My Time at Portia"?
west is bcos of western like usa bruh
I wanna see a list of games where you don't play as a human (and I don't mean Skyrim!)
11:39 looks like Terminal Velocity '24 lol
Metal: Hellsinger is amazing. I never had played a rhythm game and wasn't expecting much, but the game surprised me and I love it.
Why did I spend money on a PS5 if so many games look like they were made for PS2? 🤔
Wich systems do they run in?
You talk about Sandrock's twists while blowing one of the major ones in your video. You really should have started a new save to show off the combat.
If I can help people to decide to play Chorus, the game is amazing to play, the video failed to mention that you can drift by stopping your engine while being able to aim freely which makes it possible to shoot sideways or backwards while maintaining momentum which is the best dogfight mechanic I've ever experienced.
Kena is amazing, I had so much FUN with it. Be warned, though, combat is HARD. It's not Dark Souls, but I died way more times than I'd feel comfortable admitting in polite conversation.
Greedfall and Banishers are games I would’ve easily overlooked but after beating Technomancer last year when it was free I really got into AA games for a bit and I’m so glad I did. Greedfall and Banishers definitely have some bioware influence there and I’m always looking for more story based choice RPGs so that was a really nice surprise.
What a prick – to not put the titles of the games in the chapters. Bad content creator 💨
Kena and Hellsinger were incredibly good. I didn't try any of the other games on the list, but some of them have my interest.
Am i missing something or is bro just an awful aimer at 13:25 😂Almost looks deliberate, wtf?
Loved Evil West. Untilbthey did an update that made me restart the game from the start after every session. Devs know and have no plans to fix it. Really grinds my gears.
Kena, in my honest opinion, is ridiculously underrated. Story, mechanics, score, visuals all on point. 10/10
These are garbage.
the irony that double A games are more interesting than the triple A. AAA games nowadays feels corporate and has no soul in it much like working in a corporate job
"10 NEW AA games You'll REGRET Overlooking"
The only thing I regret is watching this video.
10 New AA games i will be overlooking, because they just look and feel less than mid.
Banishers is probably the closest to AAA of this list, great game!
I'm so surprised Stray didn't make the list.😮
saw some of these games but haven't tried them yet.
I’m so happy not to be buying games anymore wow.. every character has t on be black now wow
Kinds surprised that you didn;t mention the fact that "My Time at Sandrock" is the second in a series – the first being "My Time at Portia" (Good game)
If you like Sandrock, you should also try Coral Island.
Yawn
For the last 15 years i never regreted not playing some new game…
We barely have any titles with "West" in the name. I'm sick of everything being "Rise". Monster Hunter "Rise". Tales of "Rise". Dark Knight "Rise". Evil Dead "Rise". It's disgusting how no one notices.
I found Pacific Drive to be a lot of fun and worth a mention in this context ❤❤❤
Why would you guys not put the names of the games in the video? You are making in unnecessarily difficult to find these games.
I've played Kena Bridge of Spirits, definitely was a good experience and beautiful game !
Everspace 2 And Chorus are both amazing
Studio Mimimi is closing down? Damn… That one stung my heart for some reason. Shadow Tactics is such a well crafted game.
Metal Hellslinger is a total rip off from Doom
My time at sandrock is just perfect
Evil west is like doom and gow???? In what world? It was a pretty mid game.
Evil west? Average. Weird west? Most premium game of all time
Do a barrel roll fox!!!!!!
.
Just felt like saying that
AA is just Indie devs trying to hard
… How is Chorus not just Everspace 2?…
not just jetting around empty boring starfields 11:48, I saw that
I've tested Gangs of Sherwood and The Wind Road and I'm dissapointed because they could have been great games. They just need to polish it. The tutorial's not finished. Outcast – A New Beginning is a beautiful game!
I want to play something like MGRR or BIOSHOCK i have an alright pc .
I have fond memories from playing outcast back in 1999 during the summer holidays and rainy days <3
My Time at Sandrock is awesome because it's 4 player servers.
There are loads of games in this genre, but this is the only one with co-op.
Between doing commissions and quests, there is a lot of chat and fun to be had. I love that.
