The e store is so bad right now, that I have given up on even trying to find games multiple times 😂

Besides being flooded it's extremely slow. It takes forever to load things. And the store pushing those asset flips too much while the gems are often hard to find.

There are so many good games out there, but the horrible store makes it difficult to find them.

I bought Eastward today. And so far I'm enjoying it.

Good thing Hallow Knight: Frogsong finally got a release date

All of these are so boring. I literally haven't bought a game on my switch since Animal Crossing New Horizon. NOTHING they have is interesting. I don't understand WHY it's so difficult to just have one decent game on the switch. I'm not even saying it needs to be anything crazy, but all the games are just so boring. I don't even know what to do with my switch at this point. Probably just have to sell it because I want to play it, but there's nothing fun to ever play

Oh my gosh, Zion. Trials and Tribulations is one of the best games I've ever played. If you do pick it up again, read a quick plot summary of the first two games first, because the payoff is incredible. Ask your backlog really politely if you can finish that game, I highly recommend it.

Super-excited for Another Code! While it doesn't come out in January, I'm also really excited for Touch Detective 3 + The Complete Case Files. I'd be excited for the Apollo Justice Trilogy… if I didn't already own all three games on 3DS (bought them and the DLC not long before the eShop closed). And hey, who knows? The bringing over of these Japan-exclusive sequels to DS adventure games in sets with the rest of their series and the release of the Apollo Justice Trilogy makes it not entirely outside the realm of plausibility that we could eventually get an Ace Attorney Investigations Duology for the Switch, and finally get AAI2 outside of Japan!

Fun fact: when something is around for 7 years, its actually going into it’s 8th year.

Apollo Justice was the main game for me this month due to the memory of my friend since he got me into the series. But after trying Another Code's demo, I really was eager to play it. I did see the DS version of it, but I didn't think I'd like it. Until any announcements for other games, I have four others that I'm saving for this year.

If you’re trying to upgrade your stick, take a look at the Brook UFB which covers basically every console that uses USB.

If you wanna cheap out and save a bit of $, Brook also has a dedicated external switch adapter for like $35

Laika is without a doubt the game I'm most looking forward to.

The only question I have about Laika is… and this is an all too common unfortunate reality with the Switch these days… will it run well with a steady frame rate (preferably 60fps)? Let's all hope the devs have the Switch ver running great… I'd ABSOLUTELY HATE to have to miss out on playing it due to crappy frame rates. it very much looks like a blast to play and it will likely become a future Metroidvania gem, worthy of my personal top 10 Metroidvanias of all time!

I played every game (besides the Layton crossover and The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles, which hadn't released yet) back in 2020/2021 and became a huge fan of the series, and now I get to replay Apollo Justice, Dual Destinie and Spirit of Justice but with DD and SoJ finally translated into my mother language (french) and with qol improvements + the whole soundtrack directly avaliable
