It's 2024 and I'm still having a great time with my Switch, I'm playing Tears of the Kingdom as I type and it still plays great. I will admit that I only play with the Switch if there's a Pokemon, Zelda, or a game I want to play but isn't available on PC but is available on Switch such as Red Dead Redemption 1.

I swear, it's been the Switch's "final year" three times now. They're literally still showing us games coming out for Switch slated for next year. We haven't even been shown a concept of their next console. And y'all know they're not gonna just immediately axe all support of the Switch when the new one comes out, right?

I had the original, which I sold in favor of Pokémon oled, not a fan but liked the design, 2 lites for each or my kids and waiting to get the Zelda lite, more than willing to get a switch 2, heck, I will happily sell my ps5, my rog ally and my series X but not my Nintendos.

What I mean, to me, it’s the best console for me and my family, the others are great, but I prefer to trade performance in favor of physical games, portability, and games catalog.
