Cozy Games Are For Everybody. I played Dinkum and I loved it. I might play Stardew valley or Animal Crossing for a future video who knows. Enjoy.

  2. For me it was Snowrunner. Yeah id played a little bit of minecraft, but until SR, I never really realized how much nucer it was to just chill with a game rather than frantically running around trying to kill this guy or score that ball. It was a huge change of pace, and surprisingly welcome. Even after i burnt myself out on it, i found my self craving that coziness again, and got back into it. I recently finished Citizen Sleeper, and its in much of a similar vein. Its a choose your own path indie RPG that kind of feels like a slice of life in a Sci-Fi city, with the main quest being "figure out who you are and why you're here, and dont let your owners catch you, because btw youre a robot that went rogue."

  3. "100's of hours" shows thousands of hours..

I see what you're saying but feel like you're overselling on your point. I just needed some food and you brought the store

  4. Steam doesn't know about the genre Cozy and i didn't know about the genre schmup (all lowercase)

    The world is balanced?

  5. As an ex racing and professional test-driver, i spent my time for many years playing sim-racing only. And as fun as it is, the competitivness and seriousness of sim-racing can get really tiring. Also physically since you are literally moving your body around in a sim-rig holding to dear life to a force feedback steering wheel who is secretly trying to murder you while sitting in a racing bucket-seat that heats up to stove temperatures after just a couple of laps. I wanted to continue experiencing cars and driving, but in an old school way, like when i played gran turismo or nfs on PS1 back in the days as a teen. Enters forza horizon 5. I will admit that as a die-hard sim racer ive always looked down on the horizon series as the car game for 10-12 year old wannabes (harsh, i know). But boy was i wrong (thank god). What i found is a beautifully made open world drivers game with beautiful graphics, soothing sounds, no rush to accomplish anything, and even when using the controller the physics are realistic enough to keep an ex-test-driver happy, but chill enough to not be taken too seriously. The game is not grindy at all and it will happily throw cash and new cars on your lap all the time. Its like the game is saying something like "here brother, i know you worked hard the whole week, so take a couple hundred thousands and that ferrari over there and just enjoy your weekend". Bliss. I fell completely in love with the true freedom of the game. You are in fact so free, that you can get into almost any race with nearly any car of your choice, and the game will simply adapt the AI drivers to accomodate the car that YOU chose to drive. It. Is. BEAUTIFUL. i am completely in love with forza horizon and cant recommend it enough. And even tho its a racing game, it is indeed so chill that it became my cozy game..

  6. Bloodborne, Nier Automata, FFXIV, modded Minecraft, and Psuedoregalia (pls look it up) are my cozy games

Dredge is also a really good "cozy game" i've been sinking my teeth into

  7. Project zomboid is the cozy game for dudes, who don't want to play stardew valley. You have the relaxing moments of farming, building your base, fixing cars, tailoring, cooking, and ect. Then when you have to get loot you have the action of sneaking through zombies, and fighting hordes when you get caught. Perfect loop. Unlimited gameplay

  8. Been hardcore online PVP since PUBG started. TOP1 tribe in global Ark for few years they call us UNTOUCHED but the name was TPG. 11k hours there Atlas same, Dysterra, The fdront, Dayz, Tarkov … Bro i got tired too. Recently i enjoy other .. allso pvp games .. but bit more chill. STALCRAFT X fukkkn blew my mind. Its like BattleBit but inside a FINISHED stalker game, with one of the best progression AND GLOBAL PVP setting ive seen wooow this lil stupid game !~!! you gotta give this one a try. "JanBol" – ingameN 😉

  9. Ratchet and Clank: Size matters goes dumd hard. I also had a PSP whan I was a kid and played the shit out of size matters and lego star wars. Those really were the days 🙂

  10. You'd be surprised at the sheer amount of minmaxing that can occur with Stardew Valley

  11. I'm very competitive which is EXACTLY why I stay away from all these multiplayer games. Back when I still played them, they had mostly a negative effect on me. Better just play adventure or RPG or metroidvania games if you need a healthy challenge. But yea, glad to see more men are getting into calm gaming and learning to CHILL. 😀

  12. I don't need another "video essay" from a cishet man realising that your testis don't explode when you stop performing masculinity while also promoting Grift shadow legends 😂

  13. hi everybody.i just found out that just because of played a game called critical ops since im 7 years old NON STOP… i cna be the god of every fps mobile game.(i mean like "if i play call of duty every day for 4 hours minimum again,i actually have the skills to become a e sport play but i am more into machine learning lmao"and just found out that i can learn any fps game fast as fck boi while even tho in some games i am not used to their spray mechanics,my reflex and aiming, flicking to the head skills cover that up lmao i am actually a beast at the mobile fps games even tho i am into machine learning)there was that time where i havent played critical ops for over a year and at my first match (it was ranked) i got ace in the 7.round in dia 3 elo lmao first thing i am gonna do when i have a job is buying ipad mini 6 (just wanted to share,i like sharing memories.I am not telling i am the best but i am a potansiyel e sport player )

  14. Nah, I absolutely adore seeing my precious farm in SV after smoking crack and going into a murder spree on postal 2

  15. Battlefield used to be a cozy game for me. It's not exactly competitive, but it's not completely relaxing. You had so much scope to just goof around, but also the main option to ptfo. I miss that vibe of playing BF4 all day, unlocking weapons through actual progression, and just a game that felt like you were playing for fun, rather than playing to return to the main menu to check out how much your battlepass has progressed.

  16. Fellas is it gay to not like online fps? I like Helldivers 2 but I just can't get to like stuff like Valorant or CSGO

  17. Snowrunner is the manliest coziest game out there, hauling big rigs through chest deep mud while enjoying tranquille sunsets and snowy vistas.
