MBG what we aren't grasping as a gamer collective is that nearly all first party studios aren't just making new games, they're creating new engines with new IP, all utilising the ps5 tech, when it all finally drops, probably all coinciding with the ps5 pro, its going to be massive, pretty much exactly what happened in the ps4 and ps4pro cycle

To me the WB statement is about them looking to hedge their bets. They will keep trying to strike gold in live service whilst licensing out their IP to other studios/publishers to pursue single player games. Marvel with Blade, Guardians and SM comes to mind

People complain about tlou 2 even though it have a universal message but people still call it woke so no I disagree with you

I'll definitely wait till I see the actual specs of the Pro before I make a decision. Right now, I don't see a point in it. Very few games have actually taken advantage of what's already available on the base PS5

I think that the state of gaming in general & it’s quality is kinda sad. It should be the highest quality & gamers have been taken for granted. Up until 2020, I felt confident when I preordered a AAA game. Now, we are treated like game testers that are unfininished/early access beta products.I think this gen is facing th law of diminishing returns. The most next gen thing of this years console isn’t the games, but the dual sense. I loved GOW: Ragnarok& Res 4. Everything else really doesn’t feel “next gen” especially the leap graphically & performance.

I’ll be skipping the pro if I really want to play those games I’ll probably just wait until the ps6 it’s not like that many games are gonna come out between them heck some might even be cross gen still

Dude MBG I think your show is good but, I hate to say it PlayStation is getting outmatched by Microsoft.

Sony is not making much of a profit at all. I truly hope Sony keeps there plans for ps6.

Just seems like Microsoft and Xbox are on the cutting edge of tech, and Sony is a dinosaur not wanting to evolve believing in a soon to be dated model which is the console as there main source when it comes to the PlayStation brand.
