So do you think we see a PlayStation event or will we get God of War news during The Game Awards?

I wanna ask y’all, where do you guys think they could take Kratos as a character? I feel like he’s kinda been through it all and is fully fledged out as a character now. Of course they’ll fledge out Atreus more and Kratos should be a part of that but if we stick with Kratos for the rest of time, how will they make that work? How will they keep people engaged and intrigued with every new entry? I guess I could be thinking too deep into it but I feel like if we’re gonna keep playing as Kratos and go through the Egyptian mythos with him, and so on they gotta find ways to keep people interested. Unless people are fine with how Kratos is and he doesn’t need to be further developed but instead they could focus on making all the other characters really interesting and good since Kratos is already a great character. Sorry for the long comment but I genuinely just wonder.

If you do a bit of research, or know anything about the God of War series, you'll find that every game has a different director. Cory Barlog is the only returning one. He did GOW2 and 2018. The next one will be another new director.

I’m ok with an Atreus mini game similar to Spider-Man miles morales, but my god they need to make him not an arrogant annoying desperate little shit constantly trying to prove himself if he gets a solo game, and make his combat more interesting, and no more bloody walking through a forest with Angry body

Literally none of this is hinting at anything GoW related. Zero proof, just yapping.

2018 was good Ragnorok not so much. I want the rage side of him not the “god of peace” side. The argument of “character development” is not a strong enough reason to change him as they did. He can still have development and not come off a weaker version of himself.

oh please do NOT do a show. just stick to making games, that's what we want and like. A game is a way better product than a show or a movie, so much more immersive, and lasts so much longer. please stick to kratos based games that comes out for PC and PS

It’s crazy how many people would play the same game over again (remastered) instead of continuing the story, more Atreus less kratos,

I would be down to play the Atreus spinoff, just hoping there aren't parts like in Ironwood that were a bit boring.

Just remaster the original trilogy I don’t care for the Norse story nor for atreus

The hate around a game centered on Atreus is just weird. Why do you think it would be exactly like the ragnarok missions? They were in new territory with a second playable character and while the missions are boring after the first time, he was a really smooth character who flowed really well. He would obviously be older and have a wider arsenal if they did follow through with it.
