it was delayed lmao… they confirmed it subtley but the delay was before the psuedo announcement of november being the announce date when it was originally suppose to be the launch date and the upcoming trailer was suppose to be released atleast a month ago. Im not sure if it was delayed or not, but it does seem like they are releasing it at the latest posible moment. This may be to reduce time between this and the next DLC or maybe they are just that slow
