  1. No fans pc , can play gacha , thats the best !

Im not plaing to play on more than 60fps , thx for the video

  2. This is a great phone but all the people in the comments section are Samsung addicted NPCs that take Android Updates as some sort of saving grace that makes or breaks a phone.

Also I noticed in the settings that the CPU frequencies are lower than advertised.

  3. Get rid of the camera, add additional cooling in its place, I’d buy it. An actual dedicated gaming device. Maybe get off android though.. yeah it can’t have android.

  4. Can i use it for blender 3d modeling and rendering i am following this snapdragon processor always i know it's not just a pocket device.

  5. I was thinking of getting the Retroid Pocket 5, but realized my phone payments are almost up so I can upgrade to the upcoming Galaxy S25 with this exact chipset. Just need some good controller that snaps on – seems like a much better solution, or does anyone have downsides (other than having to snap on controller each time)? PS: The ROG cooler seems a bit silly, unless they also plan on having a controller that fits around it… PS2: or rather ps3 😛 is any mobile chipset able to do playstation 3?

  6. If only Asus had a polished desktop mode like Samsung, it would totally obliterate it..

  7. Worth the cost/switch to asus phone just for the built-in DAC to allow only true lossless audio available on a phone. Music & YouTube is 50%+ of a phone's daily use so having audio thats 2x better is more appealing than rear camera spec battle's the main phone makers focus all attention to between models these days 🙃

  8. These phones don’t make sense to me, why pay such a high price just to play some crappy android games and some emulation, your much better off buying a steam deck plus a decent $600 phone.

  9. @ETAPRIME As for me, it was wrong to compare Snap 8 elite with 8gen3 from Samsung, because everyone knows that it is cut down in its own way. It would be better to compare it with an overclocked processor from Red Magic. Here it would be clear how big the difference in processors is.

  10. Snap. 8 Gen 3 was already overkill for everything that we could possibly do with these phones…. So, an 8 X Elite phone makes no sense. This power should be use to compete with Apple M chips desktops/laptops not android phones. We must use that with Windows and Linux distros and play gaming PCs, emulating high-end stuff, etc.

  11. All that power but no way to fully utilize it because Android has barely any console quality games like Resident Evil Village or 4 or Death Strangulation excuse me Death Stranding like on Apple appstore. Though if you have patience you can play PC games on Android through emulation using Linux or similar I already forgot what it's called

  12. I want local ai. As my assistant, automate check my daily task, my health, my activity, my research, my studies

  13. so tempting to buy , but since i got the ally z1 extreme i dont touch my phone any more

  14. Imagine if they didnt lock the bootloader and beefed up one of the USB C's to allow for EGPU usage. It'd be the start of true all in one computer usage.

  15. Nice review as usual but any chance you could have tested the ROG Tessen with this ROG phone?

  16. when u place ur onscreen specs, please include = bluetooth/wifi versions, tanks

  17. Guys, can any of you give me a phone that you don't use? I never had a good phone and I want one to play with my brother, my last phone was a j2 that I repaired from my father, but I still lived connected, if you disconnected it it would turn off, thanks ❤️.

  18. As a person that would actually benefit from the seemingly useless performance boosts (such as emulators and other niche applications) the price tag feels like a complete cannon blast to the face lol. I wish there was a phone out there that simply prioritized performance without being stupidly expensive (and of course expendable storage.)
