i dont like the delivery, this new james sounds way too upbeat

The original game is more than 20 years old and came out on a PS2… And looks a hundred times better than this.
There's also the small fact that the original remains one of the best phycological horror experiences ever made and it's being remade by a team that thinks the best thing for SA and Trauma victims to do is to un-alive themselves so they don't cause anymore suffering.

I thought remakes was supposed to be upgrades, not downgrades. Then again, haven't had any hope for remakes since WC3: Reforged.

I love how bored everyone looks and sounds, how flat the atmosphere is, how on the nose all the scares are and how people are astonishingly clean for having to traverse a world made of damp, decay and gore. This is absolutely what one of the most atmospheric horror games of all time needed.

Glad to see that James' store ownership classes included infantry assault training! Boy did that come in handy 🙄

Apart from Angela's face and the indoor environments looking too clean I actually think it looks great. It won't be as good as the original but I will definitely give it a go.

Edit: Also Maria's censorship is unnecessary. She dresses that way for a reason and is apart of the story. Hopefully you can unlock the original outfit
