Yay! There's a black Hobbit…..It's canon with the TV show.
Do you get to punch or strangle other Hobbits? Duel for the One Ring? What's the actual point?
So it's basically The Sims, LOTR edition.
A game where you do literally nothing all day. Girls will love this.
This looks delightful, and everyone in the comments are very witty.
Its all fun and games one hobbit finds a shiny ring while fishing
Needs Howard Shore score.
We better get some of the og soundtrack too 👀
Animations look choppy and unfinished. Just like the majority of games nowadays.
Cries happy tears while hugging all my versions of ‘The Hobbit’ book Yes…Finally! My dream game!! Time to get out my Tolkien Encyclopedia book!! I hope it pays off well respects for the amazing work of Tolkien!
It looks like Sweet Baby Inc helped.😮💨
boooo
Who is this for? Certainly not true LOTR fans. 🤦♀️
Generic, lacking depth and detail? Hope not!
After launch, they should make a DLC called Tales of Mordor where you play as an orc, birthing uruks, training trolls, forging weapons and armor, feeding wargs, making maggoty bread, etc.
"Scouring of the Shire" dlc is gonna be fun
"Hey, let's make yet another generic low-effort farming game!"
"No, people are starting to catch on, those aren't selling so well anymore."
"Oh, I know! We can just slap the LotR brand on it, and then people will have to buy it!"
"Genius!"
I wanna romance an elf teehee
21 days late, no?
Another poor clone of the Sims
After all, why not? Why should I buy this game?
oh no, they have the diversity…
Man…we need a GOOD new Lord of the Rings game. One that has a similar style to the two towers and the Return of the king on ps2 and GameCube. Game studios just haven’t been nailing it lately with the type of play styles for a series that is known for big battles and sword fighting. Technically we received shadow of war, but technically it isn’t Lord of the Rings. Even a remaster of the old Lord of The rings games would have me sold instantly.
This looks a bit too cutesy for my taste, personally. But to each their own.
