I didn't mention the Helldivers situation because we made the video a bit more in advance than normal (normally it's made on Saturday), simply because the regular editor is on a holiday break. I don't know if it is relevant but after what you said it about games getting taken down it sticks out. Resident Evil code veronica was taken down from the playstation store. At least to purchase anyways. Maybe that implies something.

I want killzone back. The fact that one of sony's only fps games was put on the back burner is frustrating. And I don't care what people thought, but the multilayer was fun as heck.

i think the SE backtrack could be a good thing – they might've decided to back off that whole 'more is better' approach to making these big ass, expensive as hell 'blockbuster' games, with ff7r part 2 not doing goo, which imo could be a good thing, as long as they also don't just, cut out dozens of smaller games or something. back off a bit from spending like 100 mil+ on a game, and you might be on track

flipside, xbox seems to be fucking up by closing some studios that made some decent games (hi fi rush is one of the more successful lower end titles as of late, and their earlier games were great, as well), yet they're keeping 343 despite the fact they've fucked up for the past few games, just because it's the 'halo' franchise. maybe, just maybe, either 'fuck halo', or at least give it to someone else, and keep a studio that does good work.

Love Horizon games. Remastered Zero Dawn is somewhat appealing but looking forward to Part 3 (if it ever comes out).

the problem with horizon 1 is after the hoovering tool in the sequal i couldnt play the first 1 again… so they need to add that in the first game aswell.

For Starfield what makes it a bland unfun game is the core fundamentals of the game itself. Adding what should have been launch features 8 months after release does literally zero to move the needle for me. Until they fix the infinite loading screens, the mountain of completely useless systems (like most of the skills, farming, bases, etc), bland dialogue, lack of space travel, lack of exploration and the terrible main quest…I see no reason to ever play this game again. I put in about 60 hours and once I finally got going the main quest i was like "wait…thats all this is? sigh" and deleted the game.
