witcher 4 is in the preproduction stage. I strongly doubt they will create a game in under 2 years from basically ground up

How about a MMO RPG in medieval times where you can team up with friends. Character creation/customization. Learn new fighting techniques as you level. Dungeons, quests, castle seiges. Tournaments/jousting/archery.
Crafting weapons, armor, colors, capes, shields, helmets. Camps, traveling to different towns, mercenary work.

I could care less about GTA VI.
I want Rockstar to deliver on Red Dead Redemption 2 online.
It would be great to have a real survival post-apocalyptic zombie game. Crafting, exploring, base building, hordes of creepy rotting walking corpses. None of the mutated or running stuff. Just classic zombies.
