yes i watched the whole video, as usual great job the shields came out pretty good thanks for the shout out keep up the great work, any request for my dad to build next.
Hello Bill, Great looking Viking ship! Looks good just with the initial spray paint! Converted figures to spearmen came out well too.
In answer to your question, I listen to every review/critique of rules, figures, games, etc., and evaluate them as to how fair minded they seem to me. When people get overly critical, like a mistake on an entry hex in the documentation, and are not tolerant of simple mistakes, then I generally don't take any 'stock' in them. It's okay to point out errors such as that, but I don't think it's reasonable to 'pan' any set of rules/games/etc. for something that could easily be corrected in 'errata' updates.
YOUTUBE, and the internet in general, provides a means for some people to TRY to impress others, or themselves, how right or intelligent, or superior to others they 'think' they are. Those people will never be 'pleased.'
So, yes… as you stated, no one can please everyone. We all do the best we can and ignore the 'contrary's' out there.
I'll see you at Cold Barrage, Bill! You can tell me all about your new home and how you are going to run BillCon, the Great New Convention to hit Virginia when you retire. 🙂
Nice chit-chat chatted critter, I enjoy unboxing. You can get a good look and see what you get for your money. Reviews I take with a grain of salt (there are reviews of reviewers. Some just shill for whoever gives them the most)
thanks again Bill
may i ask where the ship files are from thanks.
