Plunky Squire is really surprising me. First time I've heard of it and the contrast visual difference between the book and within are outstanding. Reminds me a lot of Pac Man world for PS1 with the way the movement goes for some reason 😅

It's awesome to hear the legitimate enthusiasm from Zion and Alana about games. This is the reason this is one of my favourite gaming channels, they actually care about games.

Can you confirm that all battles are random encounters? I don't see evidence of it in the footage, but on the other hand, I see no overworld sprites for roaming enemies. I'm a bit sad about that.

Yuck, why are 2.5 graphics still used in games??!?! That Atari game looks horrible. The enviroments, and the enemies. I mea, the main character looks good, but the game's butt ugly.

UFO50 seems like a giant release that will flop horribly.

A bunch of so so looking indie titles and dragon quest in case anyone wants to save 50 minutes. Horizon looks garbage unless you like the simplified lego gameplay.

I watched the demo for Afterlove on Twitch.
I was actually wondering what gender the main character has. The other characters have quite distinct male or female features. But Rama felt like it could be both. And I can’t remember that Rama was ever addressed with a pronoun.
I was wondering if that was on purpose so that Rama could be any gender and players of all genders can identify with the main character.

Definitely clicked for Plucky Squire. I've had a tab open on my phone's browser as a reminder for…too long. Just a Google search for the game. I knew from the moment it was revealed it was going to be something I needed to check out.
